OG News: Jarrod Lyle confirms he's in "palliative care"
The golf world, and many out of it, have been left rocked by the news that Jarrod Lyle is going into palliative care after claiming he is “no longer able to fight.”
Titleist Golf has moved swiftly to capture the signatures of several high-profile players, some of which will be full-on Titleist players, while others will wear the brand’s clothing and use its golf balls.
Sean O’Hair, Derek Fathauer and Jason Kokrak will be full-line players, which means they will use Titleist golf clubs, golf balls and golf bags, while also wearing FootJoy golf shoes.
Russell Henley will use Titleist golf clubs, golf balls and golf bags, but he will be keeping the Nike apparel and footwear he already uses heading into 2017.
Nick Watney, Charl Schwartzel and Branden Grace will be using Titleist balls, along with FootJoy shoes and gloves.
Among some of the players who will now be using a Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1x ball include Paul Casey, Francesco Molinari, Kevin Tway and Billy Hurley III.
This is looking a very strong line-up for Titleist Golf, which continues to go from strength to strength with each passing year.
