Guan’s Great Week
He was the 14-year-old who took the golfing world by storm in the US Masters at Augusta by becoming the youngest ever player to grace the tournament, and now Chinese sensation Guan Tianlang has told of his ‘great week’ and excitement to get back out there and do it all over again at the next event.
Guan carded an impressive three-over 75 to finish 12th over on his debut despite some controversy after being penalised for slow play. Guan said of the tournament as a whole: "It was a great week. I learned a lot. I enjoyed it and had fun; still a lot of things to improve."
At his young age, and with all the top pros firmly backing his success, Guan should look forward to the next event he partakes in. And you never know; he could be the winner of the US Masters by this time next year...
