CARBON CROWN
To improve on the previous generation the STEALTH features a new carbon crown construction that saves around 7 grams of mass weight, compared to the SIM Max. This discretionary weight is redistributed to create a hybrid that elevates the MOI by 15%, to make it easier to launch with added stability.
V STEEL SOLE DESIGN / THRU-SLOT SPEED POCKET
The V Steel™ sole design has a depressed heel and toe for more versatility in difficult or tight lies. The sole also redistributes weight to maintain its low CG for enhanced forgiveness. The Thru-Slot Speed Pocket™ is a sole slot that is incorporated just behind the face of the STEALTH to allow more flexing. Increasing the COR area to preserve ball speed and provide an even larger sweet spot, especially on low-face shots.
C300 TWIST FACE®
TaylorMade designed the STEALTH hybrid with a C300 ultra-strong steel face, this is a much stronger and faster face material that provides increased distance performance. Twist Face offers a higher loft in the high-toe and less of a loft in the low-heel, to provide a more consistent spin instead of resulting in a miss-hit shot. This is a revolutionary change to face curvature giving a corrective face angle on off-centred hits, which is engineered for a reduction in sidespin to provide straighter shots.
ADJUSTABLE LOFT SLEEVE
The hybrid allows the golfer to change the trajectory and face angle. Providing +/- 1.5° adjustability for the perfect set-up for different course conditions or personal preferences.
