How do you start collecting Loyalty Points?

After you've placed an order, you'll find a prompt on the order confirmation page. This prompt asks you to create a password and enter it twice. Once you've done that, we'll be able to allocate you Loyalty Points for everything you buy. You cannot collect Loyalty Points until you have gone through this process.

Loyalty Points are allocated once an order has been processed and is ready for shipping so if they don't register on your account right away, don't worry.

Points are redeemable during the checkout process and can be used against anything on the site so you can treat yourself little and often or save up your points for that special something you've had your eye on. With 500 points worth £5, you'll be able to start redeeming your points in no time!

At Onlinegolf we are delighted to provide an efficient delivery service to customers within the UK and countries within the EU. Using Interlink Express or Royal Mail, we are able to provide both Next Working Day delivery and Standard 2-5 Working Day delivery for the majority of our UK based customers.

For our EU customers we use the highly reputable TNT delivery service, providing an effective track and trace delivery service to 21 countries within the EU and a competitive 3-6 working day timeframe.

Shipping Information

UK deliveries:
Orders can be despatched to your home or work place. Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for (and are eligible for) Saturday Delivery.

Please note: Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery. If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.

Within the shopping cart there is a facility where you can add special delivery instructions. For example: "If out, please leave with neighbour".

We dispatch orders on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays. If you place your order on Friday before 4:00pm on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order over the weekend on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Tuesday.

If for any reason you are not happy with the performance of your club(s) within 90 days of purchase then you may return them to us. Upon receipt of the clubs we will e-mail you a voucher worth 90% of the price you paid towards the purchase of an alternative clubs. This offer applies to clubs that are not damaged and show only normal wear. During the 90 days there is no limit on the number of times you can use the clubs.

We used to offer a 30 day trial, but many customers who only get to play golf at the weekends, asked us if we could extend the trial period - so we have! This is a unique offer that is not available from any other UK based golf retailer.
