Woods Retains Top Spot
Tiger Woods needed to battle at times this year. He wasn’t at his best in every event, and but when he was then every player knew who it was they were up against. And it looks like his good form has paid dividends, as it’s Tiger Woods who has retained his commanding lead in the most recent World Golf Ranking.
The latest list was released on Monday, and the five-time winner in 2013 is over 170 points ahead of no.2 Adam Scott. This comes after Woods was named the PGA Tour’s Player of the Year last week.
Behind second-placed Adam Scott, and making up the top-10, are Phil Mickelson, Henrik Stenson, Justin Rose, Rory McIlroy, Steve Stricker, Matt Kuchar, Brandt Snedeker and Jason Dufner.
