Tiger Wins 108th US Open In Play Off

Well who thought a Monday 18 hole play off would be an anticlimax? And who thought it wouldn't be enough??!!

It took until the 91st hole at Torrey Pines to finally decide the winner: none other than world number one Tiger Woods who fought off a great performance from 45 year old Rocco Mediate. We all knew about Tiger's knee - well, Rocco was struggling with an injured back as well.

It was a great struggle that ebbed and flowed between the two of them, but it was Tiger who ended up with the victory in the end. In his bag were the following:
