Wilson Laytex Waterproof Construction
The Wilson Wayne Waterproof Jacket is made from Laytex (not to be confused with latex) which is constructed from 100% Polyester. Laytex is waterproof, windproof and breathable, providing golfers with much needed protection should the weather take a turn for the worse. Laytex prevents rain from penetrating the fabric of the garment but is also breathable so that sweat perspiration vapours can escape from the waterproof garment, ensuring that the wearer stays dry and comfortable throughout the game.
The Wayne waterproof jacket has the exterior Laytex layer and is also fitted with a mesh lining to help provide that extra level of air circulation for the already breathable garment.
The Wayne waterproof Trousers are lined with a smooth, solid, moisture wicking layer, rather than a mesh layer.

Wilson Wayne Waterproof Suit Design
The Wilson Wayne Waterproof suit consists of a waterproof jacket and a pair of waterproof trousers. The Wayne jacket has a full-front zipper, which is covered with a poppered storm flap that can be closed up tightly to fight those gale force winds on the fairway. The Wilson Waterproof jacket has two flapped side pockets for convenience and the added plus of zip-off sleeves to give your arms that added freedom of movement that golfers crave. Other accommodating features of the jacket include partially elasticated cuffs and a partially elasticated waistband. This jacket has contrasting Wilson branding on the rear neck, left sleeve and left chest, and contrasting Navy piping across the chest. The result is a smart, functional waterproof jacket that will keep you dry in all manner of weather.
The Wayne Trousers provide equally well thought-out protection, featuring a lined Laytex fabrication which is, again, wind and waterproof. For ease of dress, the trousers are fitted with 10 inch trousers on each side, which make it easier to put the trouser legs on and off. The waterproof trousers have double front popper fasteners with a 7 inch zipper. For practicality and convenience, the Wayne waterproof trousers have three deep lined pockets and one storm flapped opening in the rear that allows you to reach directly into your own trouser’s rear pocket. The Wayne trousers have Wilson Branding just above the left leg zipper.
