Cyberstar Nanospeed Clubhead Progression
The Nanospeed irons have three different clubheads. All clubheads uses SUS630 Precision Casting. The harder-to hit-4 and 5 irons have a hollow head design to help achieve better distance. The 6-9 mid irons have a cavity backed design, which helps the golfer achieve better control, feel & distance. All the numbered irons also have a graphite & elastomer layer placed behind the thin steel clubface which acts to dampen the vibrations of ball to face contact to achieve better and more consistent feel. Finally, the Pitching Wedge and Sand Wedge have a half cavity design with a blade influence, to provide better control and feel.

Cyberstar Nanospeed Graphite Shaft
The Cyberstar Nanospeed Irons are fitted with a Nanospeed Shaft, which utilises two types of technology for increased head speed and more stability. Yonex have developed their own Centrifugal Force System, making thinner graphite shaft walls which allow weight to be redistributed to the clubhead area for dramatically longer and straighter drives. The Nanospeed shaft also utilises Elastic Ti technology which is a Nanoscience Titanium Alloy located at the kick point of the golf shaft. The bonding nature of the fibres of this alloy allow the shaft to flex and snap back to their original position during the golf swing, giving greater clubhead speed and increasing the distance the golf ball will travel.
