Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our courier. This will give you more detail regarding your delivery, along with information about how you can track your parcel(s).
We dispatch orders on weekdays only (Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays). If you place your order between 5pm on a Friday and 5pm on a Monday, via a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Tuesday. Further Delivery information can be found on our Shipping and Delivery page.

A couple of weeks after receiving your order, Reevoo will email you with a simple questionnaire where you can rate your purchase, as well as your experience with OnlineGolf.
We all change our minds occasionally. As such, at OnlineGolf, we give you 30 days to decide whether you would like to keep your order. We want to make shopping with us as easy as possible. Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from the american golf website, you may return unused products in their original packaging and with any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. For the security of your order, all of our deliveries require a signature. If you unfortunately miss the delivery of your order, the courier will attempt to deliver it to a neighbour. If this is not possible, the courier will leave you a card informing you that an attempted delivery has taken place, with information about what will happen next. The courier may try to redeliver or another day, or you may be given options to choose new delivery options.
