Onlinegolf is delighted to introduce our new Multiple Offers, bundling together a wide range of high quality golf products to offer our customers exceptional value and satisfaction in shopping with us online.

The Onlinegolf Multiple Offers take many forms, from familiar Buy One Get One Free specials to new MultiBuy deals and can focus on an individual item, a selection of products or a brand wide extravaganza of savings.

All offers are subject to availability and provide no additional Loyalty Points above the cost of items that are paid for. All of our terms and conditions still apply for products purchased as part of a Multiple Offer..

If all items within offer are not returned for refund then the overall cost total will be re-calculated to reflect part/s returned.

Below is a detailed description of each Multiple Offer and how you can make the most of them.


Buy 1 Get 1 FREE Offers

The easiest of our offers, simply buy one item and get another one free. To do this, add both items to your shopping basket and Onlinegolf will only charge you for one of them when you get to the checkout. Both Buy 1 Get 1 Free items must be from the same offer, you cannot mix and match different Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers.

Buy 1 Get 1 Half Price Offers

This can apply to single products or a selection of items. Add both items to your shopping basket and Onlinegolf will reduce the price of the cheapest item to half its price once you reach the checkout. Both Buy 1 Get 1 Half Price items must be chosen from the same offer, you cannot mix and match different Buy 1 Get 1 Half Price offers.

Multibuy Offers

By purchasing a set of number of items, Onlinegolf will offer them to you at a special MultiBuy price. For example, a golf glove costs £5 on its own, but as part of a MultiBuy offer, you can purchase 3 golf gloves for £12, making you a saving of £3.

2 for 1 Offers

Similar to the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer, simply add the two items to your basket and you will get the cheapest free. All items must be from the same 2 for 1 offer, you cannot mix and match different 2 for 1 offers.

3 for 2 Offers

This can apply to single products or a selection of items. Add three items to your shopping basket and get the cheapest product free. All items must be from the same 3 for 2 offer, you cannot mix and match different 3 for 2 offers.

How do I track my order?

All of our orders are shipped on fully trackable services. When your order is dispatched from our Distribution Centre, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking. Alternatively, please see instructions on how to track your purchase by visiting our Order Tracking page here.

How do I return something?

We want to make shopping with us as easy as possible. Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from the onlinegolf website, you may return unused products in their original packaging and with any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. What happens if I miss the couriers when they deliver?

For the security of your order, all of our deliveries require a signature. If you unfortunately miss the delivery of your order, the courier will attempt to deliver it to a neighbour. If this is not possible, the courier will leave you a card informing you that an attempted delivery has taken place, with information about what will happen next. The courier may try to redeliver or another day, or you may be given options to choose new delivery options.

I've made an error on my order - how do I change it?

If we have not begun processing your order for delivery, we are able to make changes to the products you have selected. Please contact our Aftersales team as soon as possible, between 8am and 6pm (GMT) on weekdays and 9am till 1pm (GMT) on Saturdays by calling 0151 224 7141

If we have started processing your order for delivery, unfortunately we are unable to make changes prior to shipping.

How do I cancel my order?

If we have not begun processing your order for delivery, we are able to cancel it and you will not be charged. Please contact our Aftersales team as soon as possible, between 8am and 6pm (GMT) on weekdays and 9am till 1pm (GMT) on Saturdays by calling 0151 224 7141

If we have started processing your order for delivery, don’t worry. Our returns policy allows goods to be returned up to 30 days after you receive your order, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.
