How do Onlinegolf Loyalty Points Work?

As a customer you are awarded points for almost everything you buy across the website. If a product is eligible for loyalty points you will see the amount of points you can earn when you look at the product on our website. So whether you’re buying a package set, you're just topping up on golf balls or kitting yourself out with a whole new golfing outfit, you're earning points every time you see the loyalty points on your products’ page.

How do I start collecting Loyalty Points?

New customers visiting the site for the first time will have an account automatically created for them and any Loyalty Points earned in a transaction will be allocated to their account, which can then be spent at your leisure.

Returning customers who already have an account with us will have their Loyalty Points automatically assigned to that account and do not need to do anything.

When will my Loyalty Points be added?

Loyalty Points are allocated to your account once the order has been processed and is ready for shipping.

How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?

Loyalty Points accumulate in your account and can be redeemed during check-out against almost anything on the site. This means you can either buy little and often or save them up and purchase something really special. Points can only be redeemed on the site that they were initially issued.

What are they worth?

Almost every product we stock has a points value attached to it. This will tell you how many Loyalty Points you’ll be earning from your purchase. So with 500 points being worth £5.00, you can quickly rack up a formidable chunk of change

How many Loyalty Points can I redeem in one transaction?

Loyalty Points can be redeemed up to 50% of your order in a single transaction.

Look out for Bonus Promotions!

Although you will be earning standard points on almost anything you buy from us at Onlinegolf, occasionally you might notice some exciting Bonus Promotions against some of our ranges.

Bonus Promotions offer you double or even triple points on labelled products so you can earn up to an extra 500 points from one purchase!

What happens if I don’t use my Loyalty Points?

Loyalty Points will remain in your account for 12 months from the date of allocation. Any Loyalty Points still in your account after the 12 months will expire and no longer be valid. Once Loyalty Points expire you will be unable to use them to purchase from us.

How do I track my order?

All of our orders are shipped on fully trackable services. When your order is dispatched from our Distribution Centre, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking. Alternatively, please see instructions on how to track your purchase by visiting our Order Tracking page here.

How do I return something?

We want to make shopping with us as easy as possible. Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from the american golf website, you may return unused products in their original packaging and with any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. What happens if I miss the couriers when they deliver?

For the security of your order, all of our deliveries require a signature. If you unfortunately miss the delivery of your order, the courier will attempt to deliver it to a neighbour. If this is not possible, the courier will leave you a card informing you that an attempted delivery has taken place, with information about what will happen next. The courier may try to redeliver or another day, or you may be given options to choose new delivery options.

I've made an error on my order - how do I change it?

If we have not begun processing your order for delivery, we are able to make changes to the products you have selected. Please contact our Aftersales team as soon as possible, between 8am and 8pm (GMT) on weekdays and 9am till 1pm (GMT) on Saturdays by calling 0151 224 7141

If we have started processing your order for delivery, unfortunately we are unable to make changes prior to shipping.

How do I cancel my order?

If we have not begun processing your order for delivery, we are able to cancel it and you will not be charged. Please contact our Aftersales team as soon as possible, between 8am and 8pm (GMT) on weekdays and 9am till 1pm (GMT) on Saturdays by calling 0151 224 7141

If we have started processing your order for delivery, don’t worry. Our returns policy allows goods to be returned up to 30 days after you receive your order, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.
