Shipping & Delivery

At Onlinegolf we are delighted to provide an efficient delivery service to customers within the UK and countries within the EU. Using Interlink Express, DPD or Royal Mail, we are able to provide both Next Working Day delivery and Standard 2-5 Working Day delivery for the majority of our UK based customers.

For our EU customers we use DPD for our routine deliveries and TNT for larger deliveries, both provide effective track and trace delivery service to all countries within the EU and a competitive 3-6 working day timeframe.

Shipping Information

UK deliveries:
Orders can be despatched to your home or work place. Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for (and are eligible for) Saturday Delivery.

Please note: Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery. If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.

Within the shopping cart there is a facility where you can add special delivery instructions. For example: "If out, please leave with neighbour".

We dispatch orders on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays. If you place your order on Friday before 4:00pm on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order over the weekend on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Tuesday.

FINLAND 3-6 working days Parcels are attempted to be delivered before 2PM, if unsuccessful the parcels are left at a local collection point, the Consignee will be contacted with the appropriate address. There are 3 depots in Finland that handle B2C parcel differently to that described above namely, Turku, Tampere & Vantaa where the consignee will be contacted and instructed their parcel is ready for collection from a designated collection point.
