At Onlinegolf we are take your delivery extremely seriously and as such we work very closely with our carrier DPD who are part of Geopost, one of Europe's largest carriers, for small UK orders under 2Kg we utilise the services of DPD- Hermes.

For our EU Customers we provide an effective delivery service to most countries within the EU and offer a competitive 3-6 working day timeframe.

We offer full traceability for your orders from point of shipping through to delivery, you will receive an email immediately we ship the orders from our Warehouse, showing you when you can expect delivery of your order and a link through to the tracking system where you will be able to see the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Information

UK deliveries:
For our UK customers we provide a range of services from; Pre1000AM, Next Working Day and our standard delivery of 2-5 working days and we also offer a Saturday delivery. We also have a special service that allows the Customer the ability to preselect a date in the future, where we will hold the goods for you and despatch in time to ensure we deliver on your requested date. To establish which services are available in which post codes then please see the relevant services listed below.

Orders can be despatched to your home or work place, unless you have paid for a special timed delivery your order will delivered on a weekday( Mon-Fri) 8.30am to 5.30pm and require a signature. We dispatch orders on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays. If you place your order on Friday before 4:00pm on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order over the weekend on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Tuesday.

Please note that Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery.

Please note that we do not offer a collection from depot service and our recommendation is that you ensure someone is available to sign for your orders. If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery. Within the shopping cart there is a facility where you can add special delivery instructions. For example: "If out, please leave with neighbour".

FINLAND 3-6 working days Parcels are attempted to be delivered before 2PM, if unsuccessful the parcels are left at a local collection point, the Consignee will be contacted with the appropriate address. There are 3 depots in Finland that handle B2C parcel differently to that described above namely, Turku, Tampere & Vantaa where the consignee will be contacted and instructed their parcel is ready for collection from a designated collection point. The parcel will be held for 14 days at the collection point, If parcel not claimed in 14 days it will be returned to the consignor.		£ 10.47 FREE for orders over £349.00

We will always contact you before any card payment is taken. Due to new restrictions on size of parcels, we regret we are no longer able to deliver to BFPO addresses.
