We want to help you plan your Christmas. As such, for UK deliveries, we will guarantee that you receive your orders, if placed by the dates below:
Before 4pm on Tuesday 22nd December – UK Next Working Day Delivery (NOW FREE ON ORDERS OVER £25 PLACED BEFORE 4PM ON TUESDAY 22ND!!)
Before 4pm on Friday 18th December – UK Standard Delivery (FREE ON ORDERS OF £25 AND OVER)

Orders placed after the above dates will be processed and shipped from 29th December and will be delivered within our normal time-scales.

Christmas Gift Returns
Buy your Christmas gifts, safe in the knowledge that should something not be quite right, you will have until the end of January to return and exchange the item. Our Customer Service team will be available to assist you with any exchanges from Tuesday 29th December. Please have your original order number ready. As per our usual return policy, exclusions apply and returned items must be unused, along with all original packaging and any labels.

  • When do I need to place my order by to receive it before Christmas?
  • You can find a list of possible destinations, and when you need to place your order by to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery here

  • When will my order be dispatched if I miss the cut off for pre-Christmas delivery?
  • If you have missed the cut off for pre-Christmas delivery, your order will be shipped from Tuesday 29th December and will be delivered within our normal time-scales which can be found here. Please consider the New Year's Day Bank Holiday when placing your order.

  • I’ve missed the date for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery. What options do I have?
  • Don’t panic! You can order e-vouchers throughout Christmas. Once payment approval is complete, these will be emailed to the address of your choice within 2 hours, so even on Christmas Day, it is never too late! To order your vouchers or for more information, please click here.

  • I would like to purchase a Gift Voucher as a present. How does this work?
  • E-Vouchers
    We offer e-vouchers which can be ordered anytime in the run up to Christmas and as they are sent within 2 hours of order acceptance, it’s never too late.
    Please consider the delivery email address that you enter when prompted. The vouchers will be sent to this email address within 2 hours of us accepting your order so if you want to get a head start on your shopping but need to keep your gift a secret, we recommend that you enter your own email address and forward these to the eventual recipient when you are ready.
    Within our checkout you may also be asked for a Delivery Address. Whilst we do require this to process your order, you can rest assured that your e-vouchers will be sent electronically to the email address you have specified.

  • How long do I have to return an item purchased as a Christmas gift?
