Made from Gore Tex PacLite, Galvin Green’s Arkell Jacket is able to offer waterproof and windproof protection with rapid breathability all in one fabric. The outer shell repels wind and rain while the inner Gore Tex membrane consists of millions of tiny microscopic pores that are smaller than a drop of water, so water can never get in. But as the pores are larger than a molecule of water vapour, moisture produced by perspiration is able to escape and evaporate while providing quick cooling comfort.
