Slingshot Hybrid Plasma Weld Technology
The club face has been constructed using plasma weld technology to produce a thin Carpenter Custom 455 stainless steel faceplate for extra speed and added strength. A light carbon crown redistributes 70% of the club head weight into the thick sole. This lies under the golf ball equator to produce a higher launch angle on impact. By using a Thick Sling back bar the club mass and gravitational focus is brought to the back of the head for a deeper centre of gravity to enhance the launch angle.
