TaylorMade M1 metalwoods range

The new TaylorMade M1 metalwoods range has been revealed and we’ve got the lowdown on all the equipment which will be available at OnlineGolf from October 8.

TaylorMade M1 Driver

Available in both 430 and 460 models, the TaylorMade M1 Driver has a T-track which allows golfers to change both launch height and launch direction, while the driver also has a lightweight carbon composite crown that lowers its overall centre of gravity to increase forgiveness and distance.

The T-track system has garnered a lot of interest since being slotted into the new M1 Driver. A 15-gram weight slides from side to side on the front track, this allowing golfers to choose between fade, neutral and draw biases up to 25 yards, according to TaylorMade.

The loft sleeve on the hosel is adjustable by 4-degrees (+/- 2 degrees), with 12 different positions allowing golfers to change face angle, loft and lie.

M1 TaylorMade Fairway Woods

The M1 fairway woods have a very smart sliding track that houses two 15-gram sliding weights which allows golfers to better adjust the directional bias between draw, neutral and fade. These woods even feature a carbon crown deposit to lower the CG for a higher launch and reduced spin.

This fairway wood looks and feels authentic from the touch and is able to really give the golf ball a crisp connection and greater distances.

M1 Hybrid

The TaylorMade M1 Hybrid or Rescue clubs have two moveable weights in the sole (one near the toe and one on the back portion of the sole) which allows players to easily adjust between neutral and fade bias. These clubs also have what the genius’s at TaylorMade are calling a “Speed Pocket” placed behind the impact area to greatly improve golf ball speed and maintain distance on off-centre hits.

The loft sleeve on the hosel allows for 3-degrees of adjustment (+/- 1.5 degrees) to change face angle, loft and lie.

Be one of the first to get your hands on the new TaylorMade M1 metalwoods range and give your game a huge boost on the greens.
