Gift vouchers are redeemable in the checkout on this web site. Instructions on how to redeem them are printed on the voucher or included in the e-mail (depending on which type you select). If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit or debit card

Onlinegolf Customers can choose from two kinds of vouchers.

E-Mail

Either you or a different recipient will be emailed a gift voucher number and a password that can be used during the checkout process on the website.

Email vouchers will be sent to the email address provided during the order process. If you wish for the email voucher to be sent to a different recipient, please provide an alternative email address in the Special Instruction box found during the checkout process.

If required urgently, please contact our customer services team after placing your order.

Postal Vouchers

Either you or a different recipient will be posted a hard copy voucher with a number and a password on it. Delivery will be within 2-3 working days.

If you wish for the voucher to be posted to a different recipient, please place the recipient’s full address in the Delivery Address section of the checkout.

Please note: When we process your order for a gift voucher, we will refund the delivery charge from that order. Orders paid for with a gift voucher are still charged delivery costs.
