Retief Goosen is one of the most successful golfers, highlighted by the fact that since 1995 there hasn't been a year where Retief has not gained a victory in one of the world's major golfing tours. Off the course Retief's passion for golf is reflected in his golf course design business, where his main goal is to design Championship courses.
Other than having a passion for golf Retief shows an interest in Wine highlighted by his business partnership in Goose Wines. He also supports the charities MAD (Make a Difference) which is a Cape Town based charity organisation, who aim is to provide educational opportunities for the less fortunate children and SADGA (South African Disabled Association) set up in 2004 to allow disabled golfers to enjoy the game.
