In 2010 Fowler was Rookie of the Year making him become well-known within the golfing world, along with his orange golfing attire, which is said to come from his time at Oklahoma State University.

Whilst only being in his early twenties Fowler is the first motocross racer who has turned golf professional. He plays with self-respect and a competitive edge which can typically take years to master. Giving the industry reason to believe he is part of the next generation of golf, with 2010 seeing him be the first rookie to be picked for the Ryder Cup.
